Welcome to QuillCRM. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data and tell you about your privacy rights.

2. Data We Collect

As an omnichannel pre-sales CRM, QuillCRM aggregates leads from multiple platforms including your websites, custom webhooks, and social media platforms. The data we collect includes:

  • Lead Information: Names, phone numbers, emails, and custom answers submitted by your customers across your connected platforms.
  • Account Information: Business registration details and contact information for your CRM users.

Specific to Facebook (Meta) Integrations

If you choose to connect your Facebook account to sync Lead Ads, we collect and process the following data strictly via Facebook's APIs:

  • Public Profile Information: Your name and profile picture to identify your account in our dashboard.
  • Page Information: A list of Facebook Pages you manage (via pages_show_list) so you can select which pages to sync.
  • Lead Generation Forms: The structure of your lead forms (via pages_read_engagement and pages_manage_ads) so you can map them to your CRM fields.
  • Lead Data: Information submitted by users on your Facebook Lead Ads (via leads_retrieval webhook).
  • Business Configuration: Configuration details (via business_management) to ensure proper API routing.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected to provide our core CRM synchronization and automation services. This includes:

  • Centralizing leads from websites, Facebook, and other sources into a single dashboard.
  • Triggering automated WhatsApp messages and notifications for instant lead engagement.
  • Facilitating secure access for your sales team to manage the pre-sales pipeline.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' lead data with any third parties or advertising networks.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain the Facebook Access Tokens and configuration data only as long as you maintain an active connection in your QuillCRM dashboard.

Your Right to Deletion:You can revoke our application's access to your Facebook account at any time by navigating to your Facebook Settings > Business Integrations and removing QuillCRM. Additionally, you can completely delete your Facebook connection and all associated form configurations directly from the "Connections" tab in your QuillCRM dashboard.

5. Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. All data transmitted between Facebook, our servers, and your browser is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS).
