QuillCRM is an omnichannel pre-sales CRM platform designed to aggregate leads from multiple sources, including websites, Facebook Lead Ads, and custom webhooks. We provide tools for lead management, WhatsApp automation, and sales pipeline tracking.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use QuillCRM for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the transmission of spam or unsolicited communications.

When utilizing our third-party integrations (such as Meta/Facebook APIs or WhatsApp Business APIs), you agree to comply with their respective Terms of Service and API usage policies.

The QuillCRM software, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Quillnext Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quillnext Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
